Privacy & Terms

Placeholder. This page is a working draft so the enquiry form has something to link to. It should be reviewed and approved before launch.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver work you have asked us about. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@macdonaldltd.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
